How to Log In as an Existing Patient?

Activate Your Account:

Tap “Forgot Password / Activate Account” on the login screen
Enter the email registered with HealingHands
You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email or SMS
Create a new secure password
– Minimum 8 characters, at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, 1 special character (e.g., $!#@)

* If you are an existing patient with us before 26/08/2025, you can check your email for your randomly generated password to login instead.
* Please make sure it is the correct email you registered with us, kindly check your inbox/spam for past emails sent by us or you can check with our friendly clinic assistants during your next visit.

What is the Healing Hands App?

The Healing Hands App is your all-in-one health and wellness companion, designed exclusively for our patients. You can book appointments, access prescribed exercises, view X-rays and documents, shop for wellness products, and stay informed with the latest health resources—all in one secure platform.

Will my exercise videos and health resources be customised for me?

Absolutely. Your assigned chiropractor will upload exercise videos, wellness tips, and recovery plans tailored specifically to your condition(s).

Is my personal and medical information safe?

Yes. We use advanced encryption and secure servers from Oracle to protect all your personal and medical data.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Simply tap on “Forgot Password” on the login screen, and follow the prompts to reset your password securely.

Why can't I login with the randomly generated password sent to me?

Can new patients use the Healing Hands App before visiting the clinic?

Yes. New patients can create an account directly in the app, purchase their first consultation, and book their first appointment right away—no prior clinic visit required.

Is payment through the Healing Hands App secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, industry-standard security systems to ensure your personal and financial information remains fully protected. For your safety, please ensure you download the Healing Hands App only from the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Can I message my chiropractor through the app?

No. The Healing Hands App does not currently support direct messaging with your chiropractor. For any questions or concerns, please contact your clinic directly via phone, email, or during your appointment.

Does the app send appointment reminders?

Absolutely. You’ll receive push notifications a day before so you never miss your chiropractic appointment.
