I had been having shoulder ache and neck pain for the past few years, and am glad to have met Dr Rosalyn (chiropractor) to help relieve my pains… She suggested me to make certain adjustments to my life, and also perform some stretching exercises on my own which really helps to improve my condition. Even now that I am pregnant, she will perform different treatments that are currently suitable for me that helps in relieving my round ligaments and backaches.
Dr Rosalyn (chiropractor) is always kind and gentle in her approach. She would take the time to explain in detail the steps and the reasoning behind her actions. She is also very attentive to your pain tolerance and will adjust her approach accordingly. Though I was feeling scared initially, I thought I should give it a try and it was the best decision that I have ever made. Location wise, it is only 10 to 15 mins walk from Ang Mo Kio MRT station and AMK Hub. Consultation was straightforward. There is also no hardselling which I love.

I had lower back pain for quite a while and I tried TCM and massage but both didn’t work for me as the pain will still recur.
