I started in December 2023 with Nikki as my Chiropractor. I didnt have any expectations for me to feel better in the short run as my back and neck pain / soreness has persisted as long as i could remember. But surprisingly my neck got better after a few sessions… It’s been 5 months now, my posture has improved significantly, my pain is mostly gone except for the biggest problem, my QL muscle. Even this QL muscle injury that has plagued me for almost 2 years has already gotten so much better that i sometimes dont even feel any pain.
I have been receiving treatment from Dr Nikki at Healing Hands for the past few months and it has been an amazing experience. I came in with lower back pain and after a couple of sessions my pain improved tremendously. Dr Nikki was very detailed in explaining my X-ray results and ensured I understood everything.
