I decided to give Healing Hands a go to treat my chronic sports injury and complications of scoliosis. Unlike other practitioners I had sought, the doctor really listens to patients to understand what trigger the pains which I really appreciate. Since I decided to proceed with my training (and aggravating my injuries) as I get the treatments, the recovery is slower, and sometimes, I even have new injuries that surfaces. Nonetheless, Healing Hands will tailor each session depending on my condition that day. Besides giving chiropractic adjustment and massages, the chiropractor will sometimes advise on stretches/exercises, KT tape application, etc. The staffs at Healing Hands Bedok are also really friendly, caring and helpful! I have had pain in my lower back and left leg for a few months. I decided to give chiropractic a try as I felt the issue was more than just tense muscles.
The sign up process on the website is quick and easy. Healing Hands explained my xray results with great patience and detail, and elaborated more on the treatment plan. The staff also explained the financing options and gave me enough time and room to make a decision.
It has been several months now, and my pain intensity has been reduced. Healing Hands also provided personalised advice on several home/office stretching exercises for helping with the recovery/healing process. The staff have also accommodated my appointment booking and rescheduling requests.
The overall experience is great - would definitely recommend if you want to explore chiropractic treatment.

As a first timer, I didn't know what to expect in my Chiropractic adjustment. Dr.Jack made me feel less anxious during my first sessions. His knowledge about my conditions - cervical spondylosis and numbness on my arm was way better than I expected. He explained it well and even made suggestions about my kidney problem. Now that I'm on halfway of my treatment, I feel more comfortable and I've been looking forward to the next sessions. Hats off to the whole team of Dr. Jack. The first time I came here, my shoulder hurt (frozen shoulder) so I couldn't lift it. However, after undergoing treatment at Healing Hands, my shoulders began to feel relieved and light. I feel very satisfied with the treatment and service provided by all the workers and doctors here.
The doctors here are very knowledgeable and experienced and can speak Malay well. I feel very comfortable undergoing treatment here.
I recommend the package from Healing Hands because it is very affordable and reliable. The location is also easy to visit and the place is quite clean.
