Experience the ultimate active recovery solution designed for athletes, gym-goers, and active individuals. Achieve flexibility levels that self-stretching simply cannot match.
Our certified Stretchologists utilize advanced PNF techniques to release deep muscle tension, ensuring you recover faster and perform at your peak.
Self-stretching often triggers the body’s ‘stretch reflex,’ preventing your muscles from fully relaxing. Our assisted techniques bypass this reflex to achieve a deeper stretch.
Our Stretchologists apply precise pressure to target deep fascia and muscle fibers that foam rollers simply cannot reach, ensuring a complete release of tension.
Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) involves contracting and relaxing muscles to trick the nervous system into allowing a deeper stretch.
This advanced technique rapidly increases range of motion and flexibility compared to static stretching alone.
Targeting the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds muscles to release tightness and improve blood flow.
Essential for breaking down scar tissue and adhesions from past injuries or overuse.
Engaging deep muscle layers that are often dormant or tight, reawakening them for better functional movement.
Helps in correcting posture and alignment issues caused by muscle imbalances.
Integrates the new range of motion into functional movements to ensure long-lasting benefits.
Teaches your body how to control its new flexibility for improved athletic performance.
Unlock new levels of agility and power. Flexible muscles generate more force and recover faster, giving you a competitive edge.
Regular assisted stretching ensures your muscle length-tension relationships are optimized for peak athletic output, keeping you in the game longer.

Consultation & Assessment
Your therapist will begin with a brief health consultation to understand your lifestyle, previous injuries and your goals. They’ll also perform a quick mobility and posture assessment to identify which muscle groups are tight or underactive.
Assisted Stretching
You’ll lie down comfortably on a therapy table or mat, fully clothed. Your therapist will guide you through a sequence of stretches tailored to your body’s needs. We will use slow, controlled movements to lengthen muscles, release fascia, and help reset your body’s movement patterns.
Mobility Progress Tracking
Your Stretch Therapy session ends with a guided cooldown phase to help your body transition from deep stretching to a state of calm and balance. This helps prevent soreness, and promote better integration of the stretch work into your nervous system and muscular patterns.
Aftercare & Home Advice
After your session, your therapist will share insights about your flexibility, posture, and any areas of concern. You may receive: Simple stretches to do at home, hydration and recovery tips, guidance on how to integrate stretch therapy with chiropractic care or your fitness routine

Immediate Pain Relief & Flexibility Boost
We recommend wearing comfortable gym attire or loose clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid jeans or tight skirts.
Proper attire ensures our Stretchologists can perform the techniques effectively without restriction.
It should not be painful. You may feel some discomfort or ‘good pain’ as tight muscles are released, but it should never be unbearable.
Our Stretchologists constantly communicate with you to ensure the pressure is right for your comfort level.
Yoga is active self-stretching, while our therapy is passive assisted stretching. We do the work for you, allowing your muscles to relax completely.
We also use PNF techniques which are more effective at increasing specific joint range of motion than standard yoga poses.
For best results, we recommend once a week for maintenance or twice a week if you are training heavily or recovering from an injury.
Your Stretchologist will create a personalized plan based on your specific goals and needs.
Depending on your insurance policy, some personal accident or wellness plans may cover stretch therapy if prescribed for recovery.
Please check with your insurance provider. We can provide invoices for your claims.
